The Human Rights Tribunal is one of eight tribunals operating under the Social Justice Tribunals Ontario and offers a judicial vehicle for people who feel they have been discriminated against or harassed. The first step is to fill an application, followed by a mediation. If a resolution is not found through mediation or mediation is not accepted by both parties, a hearing is scheduled.
